About the Calculator

This tool is specifically designed for crypto traders and arbitrageurs. It helps forecast potential capital returns using the mechanics of compound interest.

What is compound interest and reinvestment?

Compound interest is the calculation of returns not only on your initial capital but also on the accumulated interest from previous periods. In crypto arbitrage, this strategy is more commonly referred to as reinvestment.

When a trader leaves their earned profits in their working balance rather than withdrawing them, the volume of each subsequent trade increases. As trading volume grows, the final profit increases exponentially.

A clear example of its effectiveness:

Imagine an arbitrageur starts with an initial capital of $1,000. Their goal is to make a 1% profit per day (which is highly achievable within a few trades taking 5-15 minutes).

1% of $1,000 is $10. If they trade consistently every day for a year (365 days), here are the projected results:

Profit WithdrawalWithout ReinvestmentYearly earnings: +$3,650
Compound InterestWith ReinvestmentYearly earnings: +$36,783

The difference is striking: the reinvestment strategy yields returns that are more than 10 times greater than a strategy where funds are withdrawn daily.
